The creation of the Pocono Mountain Regional Police Foundation (PMRPF) was announced during the June Pocono Mountain Police Commission Meeting. The executive board was named and are identified as the following members:
President: Chief Harry W. Lewis
Vice-President: John Lamberton
Secretary: Jamie Keener
Treasurer: Fran DePiano
PMRPF will be a valuable resource for the community, as the Foundation's efforts will lighten some of the burden of the taxpayers by providing essential equipment, training and technology to the Officers of the Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department. It will supplement existing community-based programs, especially relating to children and create new opportunities for additional community involvement with crime prevention programs.

We are currently asking for donations to the Pocono Mountain Regional Police Foundation.

The mission of PMRPF is provide resources for essential equipment and programs not funded by traditional funding sources and to promote the safety and well being of the community we serve.
