Obtain a Police Report
You can pay for your accident reports, alarm fines, application fees, incident reports and parking tickets via MuniciPAY. There is a small service fee charged by the processing company for credit card payments (2.45% or $3.00 minimum fee) and electronic check payments ($1.50 per transaction fee). See instructions below.
Online Credit Card Payments
To make an online payment via MuniciPAY, please click the button below. There is a small service fee billed to cardholders that use this service of 2.45% or $3.00 minimum per transaction.
In-Person or via Telephone Payments
You can obtain a copy of the following reports as indicated:

You can stop by our office or give us a call at (570) 895-2400 to pay using your MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, or Visa.
Online Electronic Check Payments
To make an online electronic check payment via MuniciPAY, please click the button below. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks (see example on the below). A per transaction service fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
